Privacy policy for Orthografiend

Orthografiend does not collect or use personally-identifying information about players.

While you are playing, the game does keep track of basic events like the fact that a game was started, that a certain level was reached, or that the app crashed. These events are collected using third-party analytics tools. This information is anonymous: it is not tied to any particular player, and it is analyzed in aggregate. The purpose of this collection is to help the developer fix bugs and improve the quality of the gameplay experience.

The cost to develop Orthografiend is partially supported by ads. Like most Android apps, the services Orthografiend uses to display ads use Google's anonymous advertising ID. You can control how and if this ID is used. We recommend that parents turn off this ID for accounts used by children. (Instructions are provided below.)

To control how your Google advertising ID is used, follow these steps:

  1. On your device, go to your list of apps.
  2. Locate and touch the app named Google Settings.
  3. Locate and touch the line labelled "Ads".
  4. To reset your ID (so Google starts building a new profile of your interests), touch Reset advertising ID;
    to stop ads from using your ID, turn on the option labelled Opt out of interest-based ads.
